How do I choose the correct wetsuit size?
We recommend using our comprehensive size chart which factors in height and weight. If you fall between two sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for comfort or contacting our fit experts for a personalized recommendation.
What is your return policy for performance wear?
You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that tags remain attached and, for hygiene reasons, swimwear must have the protective liner intact.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, HUUB ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties.
How should I care for my neoprene products?
To extend the life of your wetsuit, rinse it with fresh water after every use, avoid direct sunlight when drying, and store it on a wide-hanger to prevent shoulder creasing.
Is there a warranty on HUUB products?
All HUUB products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage such as fingernail tears in neoprene or general wear and tear from heavy use.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change, please contact our support team within 1 hour of placement, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before dispatch.
