At HUUB Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Whether you need a different size or a different style, our streamlined process ensures you get back to training as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and has not been used in the water.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
